Types of Inspections Available
What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a thorough, objective, visual
evaluation of a home. The physical
structure and major systems are examined, as well as the surrounding property.
The inspection also provides homeowners with a basic
understanding of all systems in the home, including electrical, plumbing, heat,
cooling, etc…
Should I attend the inspection?
We strongly encourage you to attend.
The average inspection takes 2 – 3 hours depending on the size, age and
condition of the home. Being at the inspection allows you to fully understand your
report and all of the conditions that presently exist in the home.
What type of report do I get?
We provide a detailed computerized report of the
condition of your new home. Each
report includes digital photos for clarity of any issues discovered.
